Music streaming platform Audiomack is joining forces with Afrochella to deliver the following release of the ‘Rising Star’ challenge.

As per the Head of Operations and Commercial Partnerships of Audiomack Africa, this is to help convey their guarantee to uncover music talents in Africa.

Adeyemi Adetunji clarified that the organization is glad to give a stage to these youthful artistes and new talents emerging from Africa.

“This is in accordance with our vision to guarantee the conveyance of valid and quality music to the worldwide crowd,” he said.

“Afrochella presents an open door for Audiomack to quicken our responsibility of putting resources into rising craftsmen and eventually advance African music,” Mr Adetunji added.

Dispatched in 2019, Rising Star is an activity made to find and advance best in class talents across Africa.

The primary version saw over a hundred sections from African craftsmen go after an opportunity to perform in front of an audience at 2019 Afrochella, close by a monetary reward and a studio meeting with BBNZ live – one of Ghana’s driving entertainment and craftsman management.

This year, specialists across the Africa’s landmass are called upon to present their music and portfolio to Audiomack for an opportunity to arise as the champ of the second release of the Rising Star Challenge.

25 of the best entries will be remembered for a curated Audiomack playlist for the general population to find these rising talents.

On January 12, these entries will be reviewed and decided by music devotees – Juls (British-Ghanaian Producer), King Promise (Ghanaian vocalist lyricist) and Olive Liv-Chisomebi Uche (Content Strategy Manager, Audiomack Africa).

The picked craftsman will win a monetary reward of $1,000; a studio meeting at BBNZ Live just as a artiste feature on the Audiomack stage.

Remarking on the activity, Afrochella Founder, Abdul Karim-Abdullah stated, “we are eager to consolidate endeavors with Audiomack to help give introduction and backing to skilled craftsmen across Africa.”

“We accept that Afrochella and Audiomack’s shared an incentive in highlighting and raising nearby ability will drive the music environment forward across the locale.”

“Rising Star” is in progress and closes January 2, 2021. The Rising Star playlist will go live on the Audiomack stage from January third till January eleventh and the champ will be declared on January twelfth.
