In a recent video, Blind Bolgaria, a self-proclaimed NPP supporter, released a scathing critique of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), pronouncing them as “stupid” and asserting that they are reaping the consequences of their own actions.
Bolgaria’s comments came amidst growing concerns about the party’s communication strategy and its impact on their chances of winning the upcoming 2024 election.
Bolgaria specifically targeted the NPP’s response to Honourable Abban Sumana Bagbin’s actions, suggesting that the party is hypocritical and unwilling to acknowledge the truth.
He drew comparisons between Bagbin’s actions and those of former Speaker Honourable Mike Oquaye, who sacked Amoako Asiama of Fomena, highlighting that the latter was formally addressed in parliament.
In addition, Bolgaria pointed out that the NPP’s claims that dissenting parliamentarians are contesting in the next election, not the current one, does not make any sense.
He emphasized that notice has been served, and these individuals have filed to run as independent candidates.
In a striking departure from his usual allegiance, Bolgaria declared that he does not sympathize with the NPP, instead aligning himself with the interests of Ghana.
This shift in loyalty is significant, as Borgaria has been traditionally identified as an NPP activist
Experts warn that the NPP’s ineffective communication strategy may be a probleml to their chances of winning the 2024 election.
With the party aiming to break the two-term cycle, Bolgaria’s criticisms serve as a stern reminder of the challenges ahead.
