The students of Salaga Senior high school are appealing to government and their alma mater for help as shortage of the furniture hits the school.
Information gathered by newstodaygh.com indicates that, first year students who reported to school last week could not get furniture to seat on.
The situation has compelled students to resort to some broken furniture as they struggle to settle in the classrooms.
According to evidence gathered by newstodaygh.com, hundreds of broken furniture are left unrepaired for over three years due to poor maintenance by school authority.
Some teachers who spoke to us on anonymity confirmed that management has not being proactive in dealing with the situation which is affecting their academic work and therefore calling on government and the old students to urgently intervene in addressing the problem.
