Ghana’s Strongest: Shaka Zulu Wins Champion Of Champions Edition

Ghana’s strongest man and bodybuilder, Damian Smith aka Shaka Zulu, has emerged as the ultimate winner of the Champion of Champions in Ghana’s Strongest competition.

Shaka Zulu won the final of the Ghana’s Strongest Champion of Champions edition held last weekend at the Eli Beach Resort on Sunday, July 4, 2021.

Shaka Zulu defeated Ahmed Boakye, Prosper Dakora and Bright Appiah after rounds of gruelling competition.

He topped in many of the tasks including Truck Head Pull (weight 46,000kg), Giant Tyre Flip and Keg Toss to be adjudged the eventual winner of the competition.

Ahmed Boakye who came into the final as reigning champion placed third while Prosper Dakora and Bright Appiah, aka SWAT, were second and fourth respectively. They also took away some cash amounts and other prizes.

Shaka Zulu took home a whopping cash amount of GHc10,000, a brand new car, other items from sponsors and then he will be flying to South Africa to participate in the prestigious Arnold Classics Africa.

Shaka Zulu, Ghana’s strongest man

Shaka Zulu has previously won the prestigious title of Ghana’s Strongest in 2017 and 2018. He then left for the United States of America for a while and only returned shortly to take part in this competition.

Damian came back home for the Season 10 of the popular competition after his request for a long-term break was granted by his employer in America.

He has once again won the title making it the third consecutive annexing of Ghana’s Strongest championship belt.
