He is Alive and not Dead – Special Aide to Finance Minister


Ken Ofori Atta, the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning – Designate, has arrived in the United States for medical intervention for post COVID-19 complications.


According to deep throat sources at the ministry, he was flown out last night aboard a Delta Airlines flight 157 and has arrive safely this morning to begin his medical treatment. His safe arrival was sighted in a tweet and a photo of him and wife who had accompanied him to the US.

This comes after a news report sighted on Opera News and other social media platforms claimed that he had died from post COVID-19 complications in the US where he had arrived for treatment.

Mr. Michael Bediako, a special aide to the Minister Designate, has cleared the air on rumours that Ken Ofori-Atta had died in a tweet sighted on social media.

According to him, the minister has arrived in the US safely and is in good spirits. He therefore sends his regards to all well-wishers.

A release from the Finance Ministry sighted on social media confirming that the Minister had indeed traveled to the United States for medical review read as follows:
