Heavy rains expected to hit parts of Ghana today.

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has announced that heavy rainfall will be experienced in some parts of the country today.

The rains are expected to hit the regions in the northern parts of Ghana with a temperature ranging from 31-33 degrees celcius.

Later in the day, the middle belt will also experience thunderstorms and rains are expected to take over.

The southern sector, and especially some parts of Accra will experience partial clouds and thunderstorms accompanied by light to heavy rains during the night.
