The La Traditional Council has urged the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer and current Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, to stay committed and work diligently towards advancing the nation if he becomes President. The Council expressed confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s leadership potential but reminded him of the importance of remaining focused on implementing his proposed policies for Ghana’s development.

During Dr. Bawumia’s campaign stop in the La Dadekotopon Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Nii Adjei Koofeh IV, La Shikitele and representative of the Traditional Council, praised his bold policy initiatives, emphasizing that they should result in meaningful change. He noted Dr. Bawumia’s nationwide campaign efforts and encouraged him to fulfill his promises, ensuring that the La community benefits from his potential presidency.

The Council also extended their best wishes for his success in his bid for the presidency, expressing hope that he would achieve his goal and bring about positive change for the country
