It’s Monday, and another thrilling week of MLS action is in the books, which means it’s time for ESPN’s Power Rankings! These rankings are built on season stats like points per game, goal differentials, expected goals, recent performances, Opta ratings, and our expert analysis.

Who’s on the rise, and who’s hitting rock bottom? We’ve ranked all 29 clubs. Let’s dive in!

1. Inter Miami CF (Previous: 1)

LAFC’s defensive discipline slipped against the Galaxy, with errors on the game-winning goal costing them dearly.

6. Houston Dynamo (Previous: 10)

Houston is on fire! They’ve beaten and drawn LAFC, then cruised past RSL. Their ball movement has been some of the best in MLS history.

7. Colorado Rapids (Previous: 7)

Finally, the Rapids beat Portland after two losses earlier in the season, using sharp midfield play and clever set-pieces.

8. Vancouver Whitecaps (Previous: 8)
