Starting October 22, Ghanaians applying for UK visas will need to use a new Visa Application Centre (VAC). The previous service provider, TLScontact, is being replaced by VFS Global.
If you started your application with TLScontact, don’t worry—you’ll complete it with VFS Global. The UK government reassures applicants that this change won’t impact visa decisions, processing times, or fees.

The new VAC is located at the Mezzanine Floor, Grand Oyeeman Building, South Liberation Link, Accra. UKVI Director Marc Owen highlighted that this change is set to bring faster application and biometric submission times, boosting service quality for applicants.
